Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, while expedited options may be available for faster delivery.

Creating an account with CHEFFANO is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page, fill in the required information (name, email, and password), and submit. Once your account is created, you’ll have access to order history, saved addresses, and other personalized features.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting us at contact@cheffano.net. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll do our best to assist you. Please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is accurate to avoid any shipping delays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on the courier’s website. If you have trouble tracking your order, feel free to contact us at contact@cheffano.net for assistance.

CHEFFANO takes your privacy and security seriously. We do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways, so your sensitive information is protected. For your convenience, we may store billing and shipping addresses for future purchases.

Sales tax is applicable based on your shipping address and the tax laws in your jurisdiction. If sales tax is applicable, it will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, if you order multiple products or if they are shipped from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package if this occurs.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. We’re sorry for any mistakes! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@cheffano.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect product.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at contact@cheffano.net with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or a refund, and we’ll cover the cost of returning the damaged goods.

Once your return request is authorized, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions, including the correct address. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

If you’ve realized you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@cheffano.net. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
